We have a 7-days no question asked return policy, which means you have Seven days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the pickup of the products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Wrong Size?
We recommend checking your size against our ring size guide before placing an order. If a ring doesn't fit once it arrives, send it back to us within the 7-day return window to have it resized, exchanged, or refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If the return is requested within the 7-day return policy, you will be eligible for a 100% refund, making your purchase safe. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
Return Shipping Fee
A nominal fee of ₹100 applies to the return shipping on any resizing, exchange, or refund request, and is deducted from the amount you receive back.
Returning Part of an Order
If you ordered multiple items, you can return, replace, or refund any individual item — you don't need to send the whole order back. Each product being returned must still include all of its own components in full.
