Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Labora Diamonds. By accessing our website and using the information, tools and Services we make available, you accept and agree to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out below.

Labora Diamonds specialises in certified lab grown diamonds and lab grown diamond jewellery. When you browse our site or place an order with us, you are engaging with our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”), together with any additional policies referenced here or linked from this page. These Terms apply to every visitor and user of the site, including customers, browsers and anyone who contributes content.

Payment details are always encrypted when transmitted over networks.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Service, or any content on the site, without our prior written consent. Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of the Terms themselves.

PRICING AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

The price of our jewellery reflects prevailing rates for lab grown diamonds and, where applicable, the precious metal used in the piece. As these rates move over time, the prices of our products may change without prior notice.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

PRODUCTS

Some products or Services may be available only online through the site. These may be offered in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange strictly in accordance with our Return Policy.
We make every effort to display the colours, clarity and appearance of our lab grown diamonds and jewellery as accurately as possible. However, because every stone is unique and screen calibration varies, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour or detail is exact.
We may, at our discretion, limit the sale of our products or Services by person, region or jurisdiction, and we may limit the quantities of any product we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time, and any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product or Service will meet your expectations, or that every error in the Service will be corrected. While we work to describe and price our products accurately, if an item is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to decline the sale of that item. If a pricing error is found after payment, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRODUCT WEIGHT VARIANCE

The product and metal weight shown on the site is indicative and may vary slightly once a piece is manufactured. If you receive a product weighing less than the value you paid for, we will refund the difference to you.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may decline any order you place with us. At our discretion we may limit or cancel the quantity purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders placed using the same account, the same card or UPI, or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to notify you using the email, billing address or phone number provided when the order was placed. We may also limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for every order, and to promptly update your account details, including email address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, representations or endorsement of any kind, and we accept no liability arising from your use of them.
Any use of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk, and you should make sure you are familiar with and agree to the terms on which the relevant third party provides them. Any new Services or features we introduce in future, including new tools and resources, will also be subject to these Terms.

In no event shall Labora Diamonds, or our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors, be liable for any injury, loss or claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any product obtained through it, or from any other claim connected in any way with your use of the Service or any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in those jurisdictions our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Labora Diamonds, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be treated as severed from these Terms. Such a finding will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

TERMINATION

Obligations and liabilities incurred by either party before the termination date will survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms remain in effect unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by telling us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or simply by ceasing to use the site. If we determine, in our sole judgement, that you have failed (or we suspect you have failed) to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and we may deny you access to our Services.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be treated as a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we publish on this site or in respect of the Service, form the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written, including any earlier versions of these Terms. Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms, and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, jurisdiction will lie exclusively with the courts of Delhi, India.

We may, at our sole discretion, update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the updated version to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of, or access to, the site or the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR LAB GROWN DIAMOND JEWELLERY

1. 7-Day Returns – You may return an eligible item within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked, for a full refund. Refunds are subject to a successful inspection of the item (which may take up to 7 days from the date we receive it at our warehouse/store) and to your submitting a video that clearly shows the return packaging along with the original product, invoice and authenticity certificate. Personalised or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for 7-day returns and can only be returned if they are defective. Any claim for a non-received product or an empty box must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, together with an unboxing video showing the original outer seal.
2. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback – Beyond the 7-day window, you may opt for an exchange or buyback on jewellery purchased from us in India.
3. Exchange – We will issue a credit note of 95% of the product's current listed price on the website; any GST paid at the time of purchase will be deducted. The credit may be redeemed within 90 days as a discount on a future order, and the amount may be adjusted after product inspection.
4. Buyback – We will offer a buyback of 90% of the product's current listed price on the website; GST is not refundable. Buyback payments are made by RTGS/NEFT to the person named on the invoice, and the amount may be adjusted after product inspection.
5. For both exchange and buyback, if we find any deficiency or defect in the returned product (including but not limited to missing stones/packaging or damage), the exchange or buyback amount will be adjusted according to the extent of the deficiency or defect. In cases of significant damage we may, at our sole discretion, decline to accept the product. In all such matters our decision is final and binding.
6. Prices on the website/app are based on average product weight and your actual product weight may vary. Metal weight is subject to a tolerance of up to 10%. The weight stated on the invoice is the final weight.
7. Refunds typically take a minimum of 7–10 working days from the date we receive the jewellery at our store/central warehouse.
8. To claim any benefit offered under the authenticity certificate (return, exchange, buyback or warranty), you must produce the original invoice (hard or soft copy) and all certificates, including the IGI/SGL certificate (strictly the original, hard copy). Missing documents will make the product ineligible for return, exchange or warranty.
9. Exchange and buyback are valid only on Labora Diamonds products; no other jewellery will be accepted, regardless of brand or purity.
10. Lifetime Warranty – We offer a lifetime warranty on our range of lab grown diamond jewellery, valid from the date of delivery. The warranty covers pre-existing damage or manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear. If we are unable to repair an item, we may, at our discretion, replace it with another of equal value. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by mishandling, negligence, impact, accidents or tampering.
11. There may be a variation of up to 2% in the dimensions or colour of a product against the stated specifications.
